Pastamatic is Ariete's compact and easy to use homemade pasta machine, with which you can knead and draw fresh pasta for your family lunches and dinners. Compact but functional, Pastamatic allows you to prepare 450 grams of fresh pasta in 15 minutes, choosing from the 5 pasta shapes of the 4 discs supplied: spaghetti, tagliatelle, macaroni, pappardelle and lasagnette. The long preparation of the typical Sunday lunch, between flour and hands in the dough, becomes child's play, because with a single machine you can knead, roll out the dough and draw it into the format you prefer with a few simple moves. Pastamatic is also ideal for those intolerant to gluten, who can prepare fresh gluten-free pasta using gluten-free flours such as quinoa flour, rice flour or corn flour.

Automatic and manual function
Pastamatic has two programs: the automatic that kneads and draws for a total of 15 minutes and automatically proceeds with the expulsion of the drawn pasta and a manual program with which it is possible to mix the ingredients for the time necessary according to the chosen recipe, customizing the pasta drawing process according to your needs.
