Very disappointing experience.
The Braun MultiQuick 9 kitchen machine arrived with a strange gel-like substance on it, which raised serious hygiene and quality concerns. I immediately reported the issue and requested either a refund or a replacement.
After sending a reminder, I was told that a driver would pick up the product to check the issue. However, until today no one has come, and when I asked specifically when the driver would arrive and how long the process would take, I received no response.
The service is extremely slow and unprofessional. I bought this machine to cook for my family, and I still don’t know when or if this problem will be resolved. This is very frustrating and unacceptable.
