Up to 4.5 litres of oil capacity, depending on how much food you want to fry. With AquaFry you can fry up to 6-7 servings, for example.
The basket draining system allows you to adjust the position of the basket according to the amount of food to be fried and thus obtain a more even cooking. All parts of the fryer can be dismantled and except for the control panel and electrical parts, they can be washed in the dishwasher, which makes cleaning to the maximum.
