Our ZIPP vacuum sealer has a 125W motor and 55 kPa suction power, so you can empty and seal food quickly, efficiently and safely. You will be able to preserve food from oxidation and it will help you to keep it fresh in optimal conditions of conservation.
4 IN 1
ZIPP makes it easy for you with its 4 functions : automatic sealing and vacuum, sealing, dry mode and wet mode . You can combine any of these functions according to the type of food you want to keep. If it is nuts, sandwiches, etc., it is advisable to use the dry mode. If it is meat, fish, fruit, etc., it is better to use the wet mode.
Includes 20 vacuum bags
Inside the box you will find 20 bags of 20x30 cm. If you want to reduce the size of the bags, you can cut them and seal them to suit your needs and make the most of them. In this way, you can vacuum pack any quantity and even multiple vacuum bags at the same time.
Compact design
ZIPP includes a cable housing for easy storage. In addition, it is compact and includes a digital control panel with LED lighting for more intuitive and easy use.
Tips for vacuum packaging
If you want to vacuum-pack food and freeze it later, here are some tips.
- It is advisable to wrap meat or fish with kitchen paper before vacuum packaging, so the kitchen paper will absorb the moisture from the food.
- To vacuum pack very fragile foods (fruits, boiled vegetables ...), it is recommended to pre-freeze them, to keep their original shape.
- To vacuum pack non-frozen food, leave a distance of 5cm approx. the length of the bag to allow for expansion during freezing.
- It is advisable to peel some fruits or vegetables (apples, bananas, potatoes, etc.) before vacuum packing them, this will prolong their conservation.
