Refund Policy
Returns
- All items must be returned new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it within 3 days of receiving your product.
- The items should return in their original packaging.
- We do not return items in torn or altered boxes
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
- The customer will be charged the expenses of the shipping in case of return

- Usage on Personal Areas: Items that may have been used on hair or skin cannot be returned or refunded, to maintain strict hygiene standards.
Items not subject to return:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will be effectuated through the same channel in which the payment was done.
- Cash with Wakilni drivers or refunded to the used credit card.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- You have the right to check your item as soon as you receive it.
- If any defect is found, upon delivery, you can return it with the driver and we will exchange it.
