Returns
All items must be returned new, unused and in the same condition that you received it within 3 days of receiving your product.
The items should return in their original packaging.
We do not return items in torn or altered boxes
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
The customer will be charged the expenses of the shipping in case of return
Items not subject to return:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will process the refund through Western Union
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You have the right to check your item as soon as you receive it.
If any defect is found, you can return it with the driver and we will exchange it.
You will not be charged any extra shipping fees if the product arrived defected.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
