Returns

• All items must be returned new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it within 3 days of receiving your product.
• The items should return in their original packaging.
• We do not return items in torn or altered boxes
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
• The customer will be charged the expenses of the shipping in case of return

Items not subject to return:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will be effectuated through the same channel in which the payment was done.
• Cash with Wakilni drivers or refunded to the used credit card.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• You have the right to check your item as soon as you receive it.
• If any defect is found, upon delivery, you can return it with the driver and we will exchange it.
• You will not be charged any extra shipping fees if the product arrived defective.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Important Notice:

• Items in the Outlet section do not have any kind of long-term warranty- unless you receive the item defective or broken.
• We do not exchange or refund outlet items after the 3 days has passed.
